Welcome to Vegas Edge Fantasy Rankings. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website located at vegasedgefantasy.com and any related services (collectively, the "Service"). Please read these Terms carefully before using the Service.
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
1. Who We Are
The Service is operated by Joseph Kubachka, an individual residing in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States (referred to in these Terms as "we," "us," or "our"). You can contact us at [email protected] for legal or privacy matters, or at [email protected] for general inquiries.
2. What the Service Provides
Vegas Edge Fantasy Rankings is a fantasy football analytics tool that converts publicly available sportsbook odds into projected fantasy football statistics and rankings. The Service includes both free features (pre-draft rankings, cheat sheet) and paid features (in-season rankings, lineup optimizer, start/sit tools, and similar tools available during the NFL regular season).
The Service is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. We are not a sportsbook, we do not accept wagers, and we do not facilitate gambling transactions of any kind.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
The Service is intended for users located in the United States. We do not knowingly offer the Service to users located in the European Union, the United Kingdom, or other jurisdictions with specific data protection requirements beyond those of the United States. If you access the Service from outside the United States, you do so at your own risk and are responsible for compliance with your local laws.
4. Accounts
To access paid features, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
- Maintain the security of your password and account credentials
- Promptly notify us of any unauthorized access to or use of your account
- Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
You may not share your account with others, create multiple accounts to circumvent limits, or use another person's account without permission. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
5. Subscriptions and Payments
Pricing. Paid features are offered under two tiers: a monthly subscription at $3.99 per month, and a Rest of Season Pass at $11.99 for the remainder of the NFL season. Prices are in U.S. dollars and are subject to change. Any price changes will apply only to new purchases or renewals, not to existing subscriptions within their current billing period.
Monthly Subscriptions. Monthly subscriptions renew automatically each month while the NFL regular season is active. Monthly subscriptions are automatically paused after NFL Week 18 and resume at the start of the following NFL regular season. You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time through your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Rest of Season Pass. The Rest of Season Pass is a one-time purchase that provides access to in-season features for the NFL season indicated at the time of purchase. Rest of Season Passes do not renew automatically and do not carry over to subsequent seasons.
Payment Processing. Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. We do not store your payment card information on our servers. Your use of payment features is also subject to Stripe's terms of service. You agree that we may charge the payment method you provide for any amounts due under these Terms.
Taxes. Prices do not include any applicable taxes. You are responsible for any taxes, duties, or similar charges imposed by your jurisdiction.
6. Refund Policy
You may request a full refund within 24 hours of any purchase by emailing [email protected]. After 24 hours, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued, except where required by applicable law.
If you believe you were charged in error or experienced a technical issue that prevented you from accessing the Service, contact us at [email protected] and we will investigate in good faith.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the Service
- Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data from the Service beyond normal browser use
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service, its servers, or its networks
- Resell, redistribute, or otherwise commercially exploit the Service or its data without our written permission
- Use the Service to violate the rights of any third party, including intellectual property rights
- Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
- Circumvent any access controls, paywalls, or usage limits
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service if we reasonably believe you have violated these terms.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including but not limited to the design, layout, text, graphics, logos, projections, rankings, and software — are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. No other rights are granted.
Projections, rankings, and other derived data generated by the Service are provided for your personal use and may not be republished, redistributed, or used to create competing products without our written permission.
9. Third-Party Data and Services
The Service relies on data from third parties, including sportsbook operators, Sleeper, ESPN, and other data providers. We do not control, endorse, or guarantee the accuracy of this third-party data. The Service also integrates with third-party services such as Stripe for payment processing. Your use of these third-party services may be subject to the third party's own terms and privacy policies.
10. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy of information.
No guarantees of accuracy. Fantasy football projections, rankings, and recommendations provided by the Service are based on publicly available sportsbook odds and statistical models. Sportsbook odds reflect market pricing and are subject to change. We make no guarantees that projections will be accurate, that rankings will match actual player performance, or that using the Service will improve your fantasy football results.
No investment, financial, or gambling advice. Information provided by the Service is for informational and entertainment purposes only and does not constitute investment, financial, or gambling advice. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make based on information from the Service, including but not limited to draft decisions, lineup decisions, and any wagers you may place through separate sportsbook accounts.
No affiliation with NFL, sportsbooks, or data providers. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the National Football League, any NFL team, any sportsbook operator, Sleeper, ESPN, or any other data provider referenced by the Service.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Joseph Kubachka from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting [email protected] or using the account deletion feature in your account settings.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including sections on intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law) shall survive.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated to users by email or by a notice on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Pennsylvania, and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
You and we each waive the right to a jury trial and agree that any dispute shall be resolved on an individual basis only, not as part of a class action or consolidated proceeding.
16. Miscellaneous
Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service.
Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
No Waiver. Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not be considered a waiver of that provision.
Assignment. You may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms without our written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations without restriction.
